There is! You need to examine the omnidye to find the info. I also think that there is still an error though in one of the numbers.

Is there a way to change weapon colours in the current version of the game? I can't seem to find it in the omnidye conversation, the craft on self conversation from the radial menu, or on the new appearance options that has the new heads, hairstyles and accessories.
