Randomly decided to check in after years and see talk of Doordie and Amel. Lots of fun memories! Arguably my first long time character, Narwyn, ended up closely aligned with Amel as his protege.
Doordie was one of the best RP's I ever played with. His stories, with his character Amel, were amazing. Rich, deep, complex. I hope Doordie is doing well! You have a really great Uncle!
11 STR - I have average strength for a man of my age (early twenties), but due to my build (tall, good arms, and distribution of mass throughout body) I can lift a little more than your average person by that advantage alone.
12 DEX - I was trained in martial arts when I was younger which lends to flexibility and balance, I make good time when walking (decent stride), and I have very fast, nimble hands. I would flag this stat as a little bit higher, but I am also somewhat clumsy when it comes to things like complex footwork (dancing).
12 CON - I'm tougher than most people I know, in that I can absorb a beating and push myself to an endurance limit before the pushovers collapse and the casuals decide they had enough. However, after pushing myself to said extremes, I'm out of the game. I am, as noted by several physicians, in impressive health, and very rarely get sick despite working in a filthy environment (casino) and regularly sleeping in 40-50 degree weather without blankets.
14 INT - Look, 20 INT is the truest luminaries of the human species. 18, we're talking above and beyond collegiate level, in my opinion, and 16, at least one degree of specialized learning. While I know a great deal and have a practiced vocabulary, I am not -deeply- invested in any one field. My primary skill lies in learning quickly and deductive reasoning. INT is also the realm of creative thought, however, and I do consider myself to be above average in that field.
8 WIS - I may have willpower, reflexes, and deductive reasoning, but my senses are poor and my attention span limited. My intellect finds solutions to problems and notices discrepancies. And as far as "wisdom" goes, I'm young. I don't know too many life lessons, and most of my general suggestions are based in logic, not in philosophy.
13 CHA - While I consider myself socially awkward, I have a very broad network of allies, contacts, and associates who seem to flock to me and hold me in high regard, and no, I have no idea why they do this. I put people off at times with aggressive behavior, but over time most learn that sound furious about everything, from eating delicious cake to infidelity. When the system breaks down, I often find myself thrust into a leader position and running things by the book until someone who can actually control things arrives. When put to the task, I am charming, polite, friendly, and excellent at saying a lot while meaning little. I am also a competent actor and a talented singer. I have no distinct physical traits that would drop this.
In consideration of the fact that I am a security guard who runs by the rules, and when things get heavy I'm one of the few who actually has technique beyond "mob tackle", I guess Paladin / Monk suits me.

Strength: 12 - I'm a decently strong guy, though it's not really my best quality. I've had a bit of success as a local wrestler and I once built my own log cabin, so I know how to do a hard day's work. I'd say I'm above average, but not much.
Dexterity: 8 - I'm too tall and wiry and I hit my head on stuff a lot (wearing a hat doesn't help.) I'm not very good at throwing and terrible at dodging. Definitely below average on this one.
Constitution: 9 - Sickness kind of runs in my family, and I tend to get better slowly when I'm injured (if at all.) I'm kind of pain tolerant or this would be lower.
Intelligence: 17 - Though I'm not the most educated I consider myself a pretty smart person. I taught myself law from reading essays and have since had a lot of success as a lawyer (partly because I'm good at debates and speeches).
Wisdom: 14 - I have an intuitive grasp of a lot of subjects (it's needed for my job) and a fairly good eye for detail. People tend to heed my advice, and my aforementioned experience as a lawyer has taught me to see to the heart of issues quickly.
Charisma: 18 - I'm a very likeable person, having held office several times and made my career as a lawyer and a politician on convincing people or getting the truth out of them. My friends all know me as someone who can really unite people.
