Here's a neat website with the name generator tables and using WotC's online dice roller to get you going:

Thayan name generator - -Clickedy-

Dice roller - -Clickedy-

for example, I'll roll up a two segment first name and a two segment last name

First name:
first segment roll - 1,4,4 = athan
second segment roll - 1,8,2 = char
"Athanchar"

Last name:
first roll - 4,3,4 = nar
second roll - 4,1,5 = mi
"Narmi"

Athanchar Narmi .... don't like it, roll another. Sorta like it, tweak it

He's right. I've tried passing enough of Thimns' facebook posts through those on-line Finnish-to-Common translators to know there's ALOT of Finnish words that Just-Don't-Translate.

It's because he just makes them up. 'Real' Finns know he's a fake. >.>

Not as creative, but link link has some genuine Thayan names that were supposed to be featured in a campaign, but the campaign book was never published.
