Randomly decided to check in after years and see talk of Doordie and Amel. Lots of fun memories! Arguably my first long time character, Narwyn, ended up closely aligned with Amel as his protege.
Doordie was one of the best RP's I ever played with. His stories, with his character Amel, were amazing. Rich, deep, complex. I hope Doordie is doing well! You have a really great Uncle!

One thing that continuously piques my curiosity is a character's age, especially since there is no apparent way of finding out IG. Naturally, I’m not insinuating that by merely looking at a stranger you’ve never encountered before, you should be able to gauge his or her precise age. I do think, however, that sometimes it’s nice -- relevant, even -- to know to which category of age another player's character belongs. I remember once flirting with a character, and later it turned out she could be Lisarrin’s grandmother.
And Lisarrin, he is just above 25 years of age.

My main character, Franc, is just turning 30. His age is pretty irrelevant to him, apart from how it defines and depends on the age of his and Tara's son.
One thing to note though - your poll is going to be skewed way to the older end of the scale - all the demi-humans live much longer than humans!

Fortunately, this is easily worked around. A player of an Elf character, for instance, can translate Elven years to Human years.
Lets see (adjusted youngest to oldest):
Fayth - late teens
Tatiana - early twenties
Kimli - early twenties equivalent
Eshtarra - thirties equivalent
Kasith - late middle age, but with her dragon blood, she doesn't show it
Edit: Kimli had a short, hard, brutal life. It made her the short, hard, brutal dead person she is today.

Dalgum - If he was a human he would have been around 67 in human age. Not sure how old he would be in dwarf age. Zorrak - around 38 years. Bodoc - around 25 in human age. Vald - 26

I try to age my characters in some reasonable fraction of elapsed in-game time. It's not easy, but being perpetually young when so much happens in the world doesn't work for me. So, while using strict in-game time, Dreah, whos's been on Thain for about eighteen month sof real-world time, should be in her fifties, I consider to be in her late-thirties or early forties. Rathiya has been on Thain for about three real-world months, and is in her mid-twenties now, which is strict 1-to-1 game time so far. My seldom-seen no-quite-an-elf, Avarith, has been on Thain for over 23 months, and thus would be 166 years old; for whatever that translates into in human equivalents.
